What material are Tidle Bellys made from?
They are made from ABS,Chemical fiber & PP cotton.
How is it powered?
The Tidle Belly takes 3xAAA batteries (not included), that will need to be purchased separately.
Is there specific distance for optimal viewing of the night sky?
We recommend 6-8 feet away from any surface, for the best viewing distance.
How big are the Tidle Bellys?
18.49 x 14.22 x 37.11CM.
I ordered a pre-order item and an item in stock, when will this be shipped?
Your total order will be shipped on the pre-order 'SENT' date.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship Australia & New Zealand wide.
What are my delivery options?
- Australia Wide
We currently offer standard Australia Post shipping at a cost of $10.00 and FREE shipping for orders over $120.00AUD.
- New Zealand Wide
We currently offer standard NZ Post shipping at a cost of $18.00.
When will I receive my order confirmation email or tracking number?
Order confirmation email will be sent to you after you have made a purchase from us and your payment is confirmed/successful.
Shipping confirmation email is sent out 2-4 business days after your order has been processed. If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, it's likely it could have been marked as spam (within your inbox) or you might have mistyped your email address. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add our emails to your safe list.

How long will my order take to deliver?
- Australia
After your order has been dispatched please allow 2-8 business days to arrive. An email with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched which can be expected 2-4 business days after your order is made.
- New Zealand
After your order has been dispatched from our NZ warehouse, please allow 2-8 business days to arrive. An email with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched which can be expected 2-4 business days after your order is made.
Why have I not received my refund (if applicable)?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take up to 10 business days before your refund appears on your bank statement. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately at hello@tidletots.com.
What should I do if I’ve provided the incorrect shipping details?
Please contact us immediately if you notice that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to make any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched. Should your parcel be returned to sender, please note that we will be required to charge a reshipping postage fee of $10AUD (per item) for AUS and $18AUD for NZ. Please ensure you update us via email with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.
